Cannelloni & Artichoke Dip

Wow! How slack have I been? (very) It's not that I haven't been cooking, I'm working on some things - just doing some fine tuning.

In the mean time here is a simple and damn tasty dip to chow down on!


What you'll need:
1 tin cannelloni beans, drained
170g marinated artichoke, drained
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1/3 cup lemon juice (or less, depending on your taste)

How to do it:
Throw all these ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. 

Serve with your favourite crackers or vege sticks.
